"I stay in this hotel for the black Nazarene day in Manila. It was a crazy day and all the road will be blocked and this hotel is right on the road where the black Nazarene will pass by so it will save you a lot of time for the black Nazarene and it’s very close to the final Quiapo church. So many nice food around and the Chinatown is right around the corner so a lot of good things to eat around this place and also a lot of street vendors on the street a lot of affordable things. "Avoid the restaurant at all costs... 90% of the menu is unavailable including ALL alcoholic beverages except 1 cheap wine option. Even though ALL the liquors and wines are displayed, they are for display only. The rest of the hotel was absolutely phenomenal and in a perfect location. Staff was amazing and the room was better than other places in Manila. I will stay here every time in the future. But I will just avoid dinning there. "The room was basic and a bit dated but clean. The breakfast buffet was amazing as it had a wide selection of International and Filipino choices, including cook to order options. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location was walkable to many restaurants, shopping malls and several of Manila's National museums. The hotel is a good budget choice for tourists visiting Manila."
