"Pool was almost as advertised just wasn’t as hot as we expected. Basically room temp. Our internet was horrible. Kept kicking us off and couldn’t watch live tv because it would stop a lot. Place was beautiful and the staff was excellent. But for the price I was expecting a bit more of no hassle room issues. They do have free chauffeur service in local area and the staff was super helpful. "

"We planned a weekend trip to Puerto Galera, leaving Manila on Thursday afternoon and stop in Batangas City. Alpa Hotel offered a good stay before taking the boat the next day morning to Puerto Galera. There is a restaurant, although the food was nothing special. I do recommend to try a Filipino cuisine dish. The hotel provides a shuttle to the pier."

"Had to quickly find a place for my grandma’s funeral and Solano was great. Room was clean, bed was comfy, and staff were nice. We had to extend our stay and they were agreeable to let us keep our room so we didn’t need to move our luggage around."
