"Fantastic location and service from the staff. Everyone is extremely helpful and always smiling . Been staying here since the day they opened. They have improved alot since the opening. Only quirk is the bathroom tends to be humid and always difficult to dry towels . Even when I hanged my towels outside the bathroom it’s usually not dry the next day. Good thing is the room cleaning staff are always very good in with their work next day"

"Hidden location but very convenient to access Siam Paragon in a minute with the shuttle operated almost every 5 minutes. Perfect for enjoying the proximity to the mall and BTS and yet avoiding the crowds. The staff are all very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are big and clean. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Overall the service is fantastic."
