"Excellent stay! We were friends two rooms. Two nights. Properly welcomed and quick check in. Used the gym, spa, restaurant, and had great experiences in all of them. The staff is extremely attentive kind and friendly. Food was fantastic. Breakfast buffet was best I’ve had in India! Rooms are so large and comfortable. They have activities at the hotel: They are building a new tower building next door. Highly recommend "

"Staying in Munnar is expensive, even for 2 nights. I decided to stay in a hotel which is approx 10km from the city. This did mean I needed to be transported everywhere if not exploring the immediate area. I wanted to see Munnar and all it had to offer in 2 nights. Fortunately I did find a tour which would cover this and provided a collection and drop service. Though, due to the distance you must acknowledge it'll be approx 500 INR each way. If you book a taxi its usually for set distance and...

"The hotel is falsely advertised, the view outside was of a wall, the bed was stiff, limited hot water, there was no mini bar as advertised, the curtains didn’t little to block out the light, little toilet paper, the aircon droned on humming the whole time, the walls are thin so you can hear other peoples conversations, showers, phones ringing and people walking up and down stairs. The garden part of the hotel was only for three cottages, the rest concrete. Very expensive compared to other places...
