We didn’t see the email because our phone service doesn’t work well in foreign countries. So we showed up for our reservation and we were the only 3 people staying at the place. "It's good for a budget hotel and a place to at least rest up after spending the day out. It is connected to a mall with a train station, only issue being if the mall is closed you need to go around and call a number to get into the hotel. Other than that, if you're on a small budget to Copenhagen, it is a good option."
