"Pros: clean room, good staff, good location, room was updated and functional, good sound proofing Cons: no ventilation, no fans available for cooling, and they decided to caulk the baseboards while we were staying there which gave the room a strong chemical smell for the rest of our stay. It would have been nice if they had waited until we left to caulk. (We only stayed 4 days!)"

"Staff were fantastic. Room was clean. Our suite was well appointed. The location between Isartor and Marienplatz was so close to everything. It was perfect for visits to Munich's many Christmas Markets. Even when busy staff go out of their way to help. Linda and Baset in particular were wonderfully engaging. The courtyard garden and in house cafe all enhanced the experience."

"The location is absolutely stunning. 2 minutes to central train station, where you can find everything. 15 minutes walking to first Karlplatz and then Marienplatz, the most charming site in Munich. One stop by U4/U5 to Oktoberfest. The hotel is very safe and very clean. The staffs are very helpful. I didn’t have breakfast in the hotel b/c train Station has more choices. Very pleasant to stay there. Strongly recommend."
