"Our room was not a refurbished one. My bedside light was not working, flushing the toilet was not good, the shower had a problem the wash water stayed in, the towels very old and worn out, the TV set didn’t work, the changed it when I reported it though. The staff were polite but not experienced with international guests and their bank cards. We rushed to do whatever we needed to do before it went dark, because the lights were ever sooo dim. Otherwise ok!"

"Great spot for my stay in Andernach. the staff were very helpful and pleasant, check in was quick. There was a good selection of items for breakfast. The room was perfect for my few days in the city. I had a problem with my room card which was sorted quickly by the staff. There were some restaurants nearby and the hotel is only a few minutes walk from plenty of other options. There was a small public car park across the road (filled up very quickly) or a larger one 5 minutes walk away....
