Right across a small street from the lovely lake & promenade, and it’s of restaurant choices on the main square, just steps away!! My room, 206, had a small balcony with 2 chairs overlooking the lake. The ferry was only 10 minutes walk away."

"Absolutely loved our stay here in Dervio easily the best and cleanest place we stayed during our tour of Northern Italy. The B&B had a great authentic Italian feel to it, full of character and charm rather than feeling overly modern or generic. Location was perfect too, very easy to find, only a short walk from the train station, and then only a few minutes down to the waterfront and lake. Ideal base for exploring the area.
