"The hotel is in a great location. Only minutes to walk to City Hall and Grand Central Station. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was really good, it can be very busy in there if you turn up the same time as a tour group. I would definitely recommend a weekend in Belfast and this is a brilliant hotel to stay in."

"Avoid. Very unclean. Location is in a rough area. It is self check in and self check out with no welcome from the owner. The kitchen was disgusting. Fridge and freezer were unreal. Trips hazards in the rooms with flooring incomplete. Leak marks everywhere. Grubby hand marks all of the walls and there was dried blood on the window blinds. Disgusting."
