"This is very nice place to stay with family. recommend my friends and family."

"The hotel is clean, people are really good always willing to help. I keep coming back becoz of behavior and also it is conveniently located."

"It was a clean, comfortable, and warm stay at Metropole!"

"Excellent service by staff all around, including reception, room service and support staff at breakfast. The property strikes a good balance when it comes to value "

"I really liked this little budget hotel. It is in a fantastic location in Kolkata within walking distance of all kinds of coffee shops, restaurants, and shops. Staff are friendly and courteous. They have a cute little cafe attached to the hotel that had great food and was always busy. All day breakfast plates were especially good. It is basic, but clean. Great value for money! Would definitely stay here again. "

"The property is new, and the facilities are well maintained. The property is a bit inside of the main road, so spotting it might be a hassle. The rooms are actually very small in size, and that is an issue(for some, maybe). Also the hotel doesn't allow food from outside(to promote their costly in-room dining facilities), which is a hassle. Overall, the stay is awesome if we don't take into account the small rooms and no outside food policy. Have stayed for only one day, so can't really comment...

"Staffs are pretty nice and helpful but infrastructure and cleanliness need improvement "

"Mükemmel ve Teşekkür ederim"

"Yes"

"It was too basic and not a good hotel room at all. "

"Uber is always available within minutes. The foods from the Chinese restaurant nearby were really good and reasonable. Room service was everyday."

"The charges were very high in comparison to the facilities available."

"Property is situated at a vantage point - close proximity to lake, staff is very helpful but there was an unpleasant odour despite all room fresheners. It’s conveniently located."

" I stayed at Fern Inn near Ballygunge Railway Station for 6 days, and my experience was genuinely amazing. The staff members were extremely helpful, and the host Avishek was experienced, polite, and very cool in nature. The owners were a very patient and humble couple, which made the overall stay even more comfortable. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and worth the price. Some reviews mentioned noise because of the nearby railway station, but I personally never felt any disturbance — it...

"I have visited here several times, but this time I'm very sorry to say that their quality is decreasing day by day! Firstly I had been provided a Non A/C Room, but after I called the Reception & told that I have booked an A/C Room, they checked my booking and switched on the A/C after 10 minutes. I have been provided Room No - 203, Room was not very neat but it was still manageable, but the sound of the Exhaust Fan of the bathroom was horrible!! I stayed there for almost two days but Room...

"Small with limited amenities. Good for a short stay. Food choices are very limited also. Excellent staff"
