"Rooms were clean but a little dated, lounges seen better days & needs a refresh. Reception & concierge staff didn’t speak English but were friendly & used translation app which helped. Breakfast buffet was extensive for choice, average but did the job. Disappointed that this property advertises a free shuttle between the CIFF expo however when asking about this I was told there was no such shuttle, this was a major reason I booked this hotel. "
"The property itself is good not great. Would I stay here again,yes. Was a slightly disappointed in the condition of the actual room itself yes. The interior of the hotel itself is beautiful but the rooms had better days. I’m not a fan of wood floor with lifted flooring. If you can get past that it’s in a safe location with plenty things to do within a reasonable reach. "
