Very clean and has all the things we needed for the night stay before our cruise. It cost us just 8 euros to get to our ship. Staff were very helpful and the restaurant has great menu and the breakfast was awesome. It is also a new hotel.
Convenience is key! I have a cruise at Piraeus. Booked this for two reasons - straight shot taking the M3 from Athens airport on the Metro train, and walking distance (5 minutes) from the Metro.
Small room, but clean and only needed to rest before the cruise the next day.
Very close to the ferry port and metro station. The hotel looks and feels new. Great breakfast. Only minor issue would be the single slow elevator. But not that bad either
Great hotel! The breakfast was incredible. The beach is across a busy road, but it is easy to access. We booked a tour to the Temple of Poseidon with the hotel's concierge. This tour was the highlight of our stay and we really enjoyed our tour guide.
This hotel is located in the Piraeus Port area, so you experience the ambiance of an active port and big city, yet far enough away that our street was remarkably quiet. It was close to our cruise ship terminal (gate), which was a priority for us. Transportation to terminal was included in the room charge. We received door to door service. The option for a hotel breakfast was also available, Had a lovely dinner at an outdoor restaurant on the harbor, which was an easy walk from hotel. The staff...

The Novus Hotel exceeded the 5 star rating. The rooms were comfortable and very clean with efficient service. The views from the rooms and the top floor are incredible. You can see the entire city of Athens, including the Acropolis from the hotel and easily walk or take public transportation to any site. The staff in particular blew us away with their kindness. Each time we needed something, they not only went out of their way to help us, but they also did so with such warmth and high spirits...
I was not given the upgrade as i had requested it, and all my other rooms that i had booked did have an upgrade...
I also had to wait for my room, while the other rooms were given early checkin....

We stay at Athens Gate every time we visit Athens. The staff is wonderful. They are friendly, helpfu, and always give great recommendations for restaurants, sightseeing, etc.we have stayed at the Gate often and have never been disappointed.

We loved this hotel. From the second we arrived the service was excellent. They allowed us an early check in and we stayed in the wellness suite. The rooftop pool and restaurant were amazing-better than pictured with spectacular views. The breakfast buffet which was included in our price was incredible. Our room was very clean as was the entire property.
