"Female changing room was being refurbished, so couldn't be used.It would have helped to be informed before my stay.I could have brought my own robe,as I had to walk a short distance from my room to pool reception wearing my swimsuit and a towel ,not ideal ."

"For the price, there’s really nothing to complain about. Room was clean, and covered all the basics. Tea bags as well as instant coffee would have been nice but shower was fine and bed comfortable. It’s not the quietest but not noisy either- from downstairs you can hear some upstairs noise and doors opening and closing. Check in was easy and free parking. Location ideal for Meadowhall, arena etc - 10 mins by car."

"The hotel itself was lovely and the rooms were perfectly clean, but unfortunately, we had a very disrupted stay. Other guests were up all night screaming, shouting, and slamming doors in the corridors. For future improvement, I highly recommend the hotel separates its room assignments—keeping younger guests/groups away from families with children. A separate wing or floor for families would have made this a 5-star stay."

"Thread bare carpets. Lighting unsynced and difficult to work out in the bedroom. Dirty toilet bowl. Spar. Changing rooms unkept with broken lockers. Worst of all, an hour and a half wait for our meal in the restaurant, the food was just thrown on the plate with no attempt at presentation, especially considering the price. Our question as to where are meal was shrugged off. When we complained all that was said was would we like a free drink? Really?This hotel presents itself as a top class wedding venue. Personally I would be embarrassed to invite friends and family to."
