The hotel is an interesting mix of ancient and modern. Our room was modern and very comfortable. My husband said the shower he took was the best shower ever. The staff was helpful and kind and one of them accompanied us to our room when we checked in to show us around the room and demonstrate how to use some of the bells and whistles (blinds, light switches, shower). I stayed here one night. I appreciated the parking for my car. It is under the hotel in a garage. All staff was very helpful. I did not eat in the restaurant, but did have the breakfast. It was nice. Lots of sweets. Not too much hot - ham and sausage. The room was large with plenty of towels and a blow dryer. I would stay again if I were in this area.

We needed a place to stay along our road trip and booked this hotel on a whim. Zero expectations. And WOW we were pleasantly surprised! Easy, friendly service, super clean and comfortable, walkable and great location in town. The main plaza is around the corner and lovely, cafes open until quite late. The town itself is charming, historic and feels like a “hometown”. We really enjoyed our stay here.
