I will give it top ratings for value and cleanliness. The mattress was only 4 out of 5 but everything else was 5 out of 5.

The staff was nice at the front desk. Top floor room was assigned to me and it was all easy access to the gym and pool. I felt so much privilege staying at the room, so I thank the hotel so much for this. Also, hotel staffs are all nice to me. They made my stay in Pattaya such a great experience. I would stay again at this hotel next time when I come back to Pattaya.

The room was clean and area was amazing. Only a few feet from beach road, surrounded by the beach, malls and other walkable activities. I would most definitely stay at the Globe again. The staff was very friendly and courteous.

Hotel was extremely clean and decor was visably appealing and intereating. All of the staff from the bell service, to the front desk, and food and bar staff were incredibly nice and eager to help. I don't think I met one person who didn't great me with a smile and make me feel like my questions were the most important thing to them at the moment. great staff and morning buffet.Cleaning staff good job did.Hotel location is awesome for me good access to Walking street and shopping mal also at nights not noisy so we can sleep well. When we go to Pattaya, we can only think of this hotel next time.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Rooms on the ocean side are worth the price! Great view and roomy. Would be better if the balcony had two chairs instead of one. Nice sized bathroom and shower. Water temp is not really that hot. Overall I’d stay there again.

Big room ,cleans and safe the earth by away from the plastic. The hotel prepared glass bottles for customers to fill the drinking water. That's great idea. Thank you

I lively neighborhood with many dining options. In the heart of central Pattaya. Will definitely stay here again.

Room was clean coming in and staff did well keeping it clean. Gym had small amount of equipment typically found in hotel gyms, but the views in that room were nice. Breakfast was also good. Hotel is located on a quieter street, but close enough to walk to busier places like the runway market and beach.

Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, comfortable bedding, good location and fair price were all very good. In particular, the staff at the desk and at the door, as well as the cleaning staff, were very friendly and made me feel good every day. The pool is not big, but the water quality is clean and there is a pool bar, which is nice.

Nice hotel, five to 10 minute talk to ma8n attractions. However, the hotel price was very reasonable.

From the time I checked in and was handed a nice, cool glass of orange juice while completing the check-in paperwork, to the time I needed assistance with a room refund, to the front desk helping me with a bus ticket, the staff at this hotel is very professional and in my experience went well beyond the extra mile to help make my stay more comfortable.
