Property manager is stellar. Attentive. Great advice on local restaurants and things to do! I highly recommend. All the amenities! I will be back! So clean. So very very nice after being crammed into a tiny Tokyo hotel. Spread out. Make lunch. But dont sleep on the excellent restaurants around town. Scored some great actually valuable souvenirs. Beach is RIGHT OUTSIDE the door. Beach is empty. Bring your own Shibumi and chairs and a cooler( we had nothing, just towels and drinks from convenience...

Beautiful, quite, and majestic property. Loved our stay filled with excellent food, pool time and relaxation. Staff was professional, friendly and responsive. Stayed 3 nights, 1 adult and 3 young kids. Would love to return some day!
The Service was impeccable and friendly. We were welcomed and provided refreshments and enjoyed the bbq and sukiyaki on two evenings in our suite. The thoughtful items provided made going to the beach enjoyable and relaxing as well. Highly recommend.

My wife and I decided to take our 11 month old on his first plane ride to Okinawa. A little nervous about the trip itself, we were looking for accommodations that would hopefully make it a little less daunting. This Ritz exceeded all expectations. Upon arrival, our son received an amenities bag with a rubber ducky, baby shampoo, and skin oil. What was most important to his parents was the doorknob sign warning those outside our room of his nap time. Dining at Gusuku (opt in for the breakfast)...
First off the staff were amazing from the moment we drove up to the property, then with urgency getting a cart for the bags, the front desk were very knowledgeable ( if they didn’t know something they found out for you) bottom line very professional but personable. They just had a soft opening 5/25, we arrived on the 28th. Not being able to speak fluent japanese they all made an effort to help me. Very luxurious hotel with lots of amazing stuff to do on site. Meant more for romantic couples, with various spa treatments available, as well as indoor pools and access to its sister resort for more dining and shopping options. Perfect for a romantic milestone celebration or a surprise trip!
Staff was AMAZING, lots of parking, super clean and gorgeous rooms. Unfortunately the spa was closed for women when we were there and they don’t allow tattoos so my partner couldn’t use the men’s spa
