The hotel was clean and comfortable. However, while walking in the halls, elevator, and dining room, there was a constant odor of cigarette smoke.

Fantastic breakfast, top notch local food options. We all love it, will come back.

This hotel is great for families. It really helped in our trip that our room has a washer and dryer. Room service was excellent.

We chose this hotel based on location close to the Terracotta Warriors exhibit. This was a fantastic the facilities were incredibly clean very high-end and one of the most luxurious hotels we ever stayed in we would come back anytime and recommend it highly without room reservation

The hotel location indicated on expedia is that of the former Hyatt hotel. This hotel is a 30 minute cab ride from there. This does not matter if you are planning organized tours, but is annoying if your goal is to explore the inner-city walls by foot.

When I arrived, I was immediately met by Concierge Victor who helped me check in then escorted me to the Red Level floor. When we arrived I received excellent service from Oscar who showed me to my room. Next morning I was greeted by Michelle while eating breakfast. She ask me if I wanted eggs cooked to order & shortly later brought me perfectly cooked eggs over easy. This hotel is located in a very good neighbourhood. Very good food, very good service, and Mr. James Walkden, the General Manager, very attent with the guests. Our sincere congratulations to him and his staff.

This hotel sets the bar for guest service. Before arriving I requested a taxi to pick me up at the airport, and was met outside the baggage claim. As soon as I entered the hotel an employee met me in the lobby, took me straight to my room, where we completed check-in. Buffet breakfast offered numerous Chinese and Western choices (longyan, my favorite Chinese fruit, was available), all delicious.
