Overall its an amazing hotel ! We loved the location in the piazza, the building and its history, the decor, the artwork. Really beautiful. Breakfast is good and the staff serving you is very helpful and friendly so as the housekeeping lady. Bit surprised by the mess in the SPA, altought the spa itself is super stylish and comfy.
