The room and bathroom was spacious and clean. Sonia at the front desk was amazing . Restaurant wasn’t that great but I would stay here again

Lovely hotel right near the Christmas market and all the fun things to do. Cute rooms with kettle, and tea options, robes, slippers etc. huge bathroom. All very clean and comfortable. Staff were always friendly.

This is a quaint hotel. The bathrooms are brand new, but the rest of the hotel has an English feel that welcomes you. The elevators are very small, but we never had any problems using them. There is a wonderful bar and an excellent restaurant. The staff could not be nicer. We had a dedicated doorman who helped me in and out of taxis. We loved every minute of our stay and would highly recommend it.

Great during an overnight layover. Arrived and left using the bus stop right outside the hotel. Would stay again.

Very convenient location. Only complaint came about because we had never traveled to London before and simply assumed that a hotel close to the airport would have a shuttle. Technically, they do, but it is a shared shuttle called "Hoppa" that is a paid service. Not a huge problem, but when we were at the airport, I called the hotel and asked if they had a shuttle. Hotel says "yes, go to the shuttle area for pickup". Ok, no problem. We go to the shuttle area looking for the Renaissance shuttle....

Motel is 1.4 miles to airport and costs 27 pounds by uber. Staff extremely helpful. Found uber cheaper to go into London then taking uber to airport to get on the tube or train. Would recommend Buckingham palace tour .

Wonderful hotel in a convenient location in London but not in the hustle and bustle. We walked to everything but the Tower. Tube station very close. Concierges were outstanding. We had a problem with our room and they went above and beyond to resolve it. If we go back to London, we will stay here.

This is my second time at The Rembrandt hotel, I will continue to stay here on my trips to London. Great location, lovely hotel, breakfast cannot be beat, staff is friendly and very helpful. 5-Star Hotel at a reasonable cost.

Perfect hotel in perfect location

I had an amazing stay at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge! The hotel itself is beautiful, offering stunning views and excellent amenities. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the exceptional service. Myriam went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect. Her warmth, attention to detail, and professionalism truly made a difference. I can't recommend this hotel enough, and I’m grateful for Myriam’s incredible hospitality!

Our stay here was absolutely perfect. Conveniently located near everything that we wanted to do on this trip, the Montague provided all the comfort and cleanliness that we desired. The hotel was attractive in its design and the entire staff was more than friendly. Our room was spacious and comfortable, as well as beautifully designed .
