We had a wonderful time there staying four night. The staff is very friendly, hotel has amazing charm, the combination of modern and old time spirit. A special thank you to the staff, because my husband left his valet in the lobby full of cash, but he discovered it next morning. The valet was returned to us - we were very happy to find it safe. The lake is warm, even in September, clean and views are beautiful. You need to have a car to drive to the city - 15 min and many beautiful places around...

Stay here for three nights and relax after TMB hiking. Very convenient location for bus and go to old town. Have air condition but effect is not very good. WiFi is not working some times and login everytime I want to connect.
Everyone at the hotel was very helpful, especially Anton in Reception. The grounds were in pristine condition. The staff in the restaurant at breakfast and dinner did whatever they could to please us: Pasquale at dinner and the young woman who served at breakfast were especially memorable. We were surprised and delighted with our stay at the Palace. The one thing they could not control was the weather. It was rainy three of the four days we were there but the sunset at dinner our first night...
Our extended family rented the large villa home on the property. It was so beautiful and much larger than we even expected. The staff was lovely, and accommodating, especially Zoe. As for the rest of the property, it was simply beautiful. I’d love to try the hotel restaurant and spa on property on our next trip. We would love to stay there again and recommend the house villa for large families. Absolutely made our stay in Annecy a wonderful experience.
The first compliment is with the great customer service at the check in desk, the girl was very polite ams knowledgeable, second the location in front of the lake was fantastic, also walking distance to the old town, very clean, confortable and the best shower ever.
Wonderful location on the shore of the lake. Short walk to old town and neighborhood bars and restaurants. We rented the ebikes 3 times for a trip around the lake.
Great stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Olga, who patiently answered all of my questions. The complimentary water and coffee station in the lobby was a nice touch. The electric drying rack in the room was especially convenient when traveling with a child. Thoughtful amenities and excellent service—we’d happily stay here again!
We stayed three nights and were very pleased with the value. It is an older hotel and fairly basic, but was clean and well kept. The staff was very helpful and generally spoke very good English. Service was friendly and very good. It is located right across from the train station and is maybe three blocks from the canal and the old part of Annecy. This hotel was a great value.
This was so much more then we expected. We upgraded our room so we would have a beautiful huge balcony with a beautiful view. It was so peaceful and the view was worth every extra Dollar we spent. A lot of times you see pictures on the internet of your hotel and when you get there you are disappointed because it is not as nice as you thought it would be. But this hotel was so much nicer then we could have imagined. Loved it. I would highly recommend it.
The place is beautiful. It's located up a hill, so if you don't have a car you can walk ~12 minutes down hill to a small cafe with good food for dinner. There is also a multi-course Michelin restaurant on site for several hundred dollars. There was no elevator, so we had to drag our luggage up and down steps and around narrow corners to get to the room. The room was nice and comfortable.
