The only thing I did not like is there was not enough water pressure in the shower and it took a long time for the water to get hot staff was very friendly. All the amenities were great. The restaurant staff was friendly and accommodating. We stay there every year and I will definitely be back."

"Very clean hotel. Its a bit weird they have many men just hanging out on the sidewalk and by the lobby though. Hey management, as travelers coming to a new place, even as a man, i dont want to see random men just hanging outside of the hotel. I can only imagine how a woman would feel. Very clean and very nice staff though. Close to many restaurants and stores. "

"The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Also, the hotel has a fitness center and a swimming pool. In addition, there is a shopping center nearby, and it's easy to get an Uber. Last, Kiley a receptionist is very helpful and friendly."

"My stay was great !! Felt safe and welcomed upon arrival !! Staff member Danny has a very pleasant attitude and friendly as he was treating all guests. The place is simple, nothing too fancy but still very convenient!! Locating was awesome to the west part of beautiful Monterrey !! The mattress was nice and comfortable!! I will definitely recommend and will return as a guest very soon !! "

"It's a good hotel next to bus station for overnight stay for travelers. It's old and not updated, but clean and safe. Outside the area is shady and may be unsafe at night, but the hotel is secure. The restaurant on site provides good food. Overall, a fair value for a cheap overnight stay."
