"The room was clean and spacious. Good bathroom. In room coffee and tea not great but a good coffee machine in reception. Good breakfast. It was the staff - especially on reception - that made this a 5star stay. They could not have been more helpful. Directions to restaurants / bars; to the train to visit downtown Calgary and the best route out towards Banff. Friendly, polite and helpful. Thank you."
