super great staff. we had a spacious room and it was well decorated and beautiful. we had drinks at the bar just once and they were overall solid. extremely good location. AC was kinda finicky but overall i’d stay here again easily.

A wonderful stay. Behind an imposing black metal gate, a beautiful hideaway a short (5-10 minutes) walk from major attractions - with plenty of dining options in the immediate area. Was hesitate about the waterless toilets, but will assure you, a non issue! The material you place in the bowl after using the bathroom annihilates any lingering odor. I have dealt with much worse with water-base toilets. Follow the directions and you will be fine.As a woman traveling alone I feel extremely safe...
This is where my husband and I stayed for our honeymoon. Super cute and cozy. The patio was beautifully decorated with plants of all sorts. The staff was helpful and are happy to help you. It's a 10ish minute walk to el centro but SO WORTH IT. With stores, liquor stores, and mini marts not too far.

The staff, especially Nayelli, made the stay special. The rooms are really nice and spacious. We had a problem with the air conditioning system and Nayelli was extremely accommodating to get the problem fixed.

This was a fantastic stay all around. The hotel is kept in excellent condition, the rooms are just the right size and the staff is probably the best I've dealt with in years. They were always willing to accommodate to make the experience a great one. Breakfast was included and was definitely a nice perk. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of Oaxaca. The location is close to all major sites, just about 4 blocks from Santo Domingo.

I had a wonderful stay at Casa Coco Oaxaca! The room was spotless, comfortable, and had excellent air conditioning, which made our stay very enjoyable. The hotel is in a great location, only about a 10-minute walk to the Zócalo, so it was easy to explore the city on foot.

The room was quaint and cleanly. I enjoyed the traditional lock and key versus a key card. Breakfast in the morning was so tasty with great wait staff. Front desk was super helpful in getting me a taxi for my flight back home!
I am rating this hotel as 5 stars as it's not a luxury hotel, but it's at the top of its class. Spotlessly clean, accommodating & friendly service. Embarrassingly I speak no Spanish, but the staff easily compensated.
This hotel is great if you want to be central to Oaxaca, We booked the Presidential Suite which was huge. If you don't speak any Spanish I recommend reviewing common questions and answers you use at any hotel or restaurant.
