"I loved my time at the Kitu Hotel. The staff were so friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. When I had to depart for the airport very early before breakfast started, they even packed me a breakfast to go. Best hospitality I’ve ever received!"

"Credit card machine not working had to pay extra already for early check in which was more expensive than a day charge on top of that they did have any change so I had to loose more money. If the hotels are especially there for tourists then all the commodities should be working. Last day on the check out the lift was also not working so had drag all my luggage down the floor. No air ventilation absolutely in the room except for one small window which I didn’t want to open as spiders crawling...

A lot of thunderstorms when I was there, so it was nice having a comfortable, relaxed hotel to wait out the rains. Only five or six blocks from the artisanal market, if you're looking for nice traditional crafts and gifts."
