"stunk, and was smokey, even in no smoking areas.. did not service rooms (replace coffee take trash towels) bums on sidewalk around property"

"Everything was superb. Breakfast was plentiful, always fresh coffee for an early 5am riser like me. Location was perfect for our weekend event at the Ford center. This hotel was totally booked for the weekend and the staff was top notch. Only a small issue was the room refrigerator was cool, not cold and without a freezer section. No room microwave but the lobby microwave was accessible. This Hyatt is still a “10” in my opinion!! Fabulous job!!"

"Saturday morning tried to order room service for breakfast and they said they were to busy that we could come down and get it but what is the point of that if you offer something you should make sure that it’s available for you customers to use it put us behind for the rest of the morning"

"This is no more than a pay by the weak establishment and horrible. The other guests appeared to be shady and they had their own plastic chairs outside their rooms which means they are long term residents! The room smelled of smoke and looked as if the sheets and bed sheets were never changed or upgraded"

"This place was horrible. There was trash everywhere. The property was falling apart. It was unclean, unkept and unsafe. I was in the area for work. I booked a room for a week. I lasted one night. The people in the rooms next to me yelled all night. I was up all night looking out off the window because I thought someone was gonna steal my car. The room was non smoking but it smelled like smoke. This was the worst stay of my life. This is a crack motel. Please do not stay at this motel."

"Property showing signs of neglect compared to other Comfort Hotels, bathroom poorly lit, carpet looks like a crime scene, no remote for tv and they had to get one from another room that some of the buttons didn’t work. A/c worked but sounded terrible. Ice machine doesn’t work. We paid a premium price and didn’t get our money worth"
