Pas de service voiture entre la résidence et l aéroport ni de taxi surtout quand vous avez un vol à 6h du matin, utiliser l application YANGO pour vos déplacements entre 23h et 7h du matin ."

"Le service est de très mauvaise qualité. Même si le personnel est gentil et accueillant, il y a un grand manque de professionnalisme. Malgré mes relances je n'ai pas pu obtenir une facture globale de mon séjour car le réceptionniste, qui jouait au solitaire sur son ordinateur, a remis ça au dernier moment et évidemment l'imprimante ne marchait pas quand j'ai dû partir. On m'a demandé de payer plus chère ma chambre car la promotion dont j'ai bénéficié lors de ma réservation n'était soi disant...

"The hotel refused to accept my Hotels.com itinerary and asked me to pay again. Suggestion that Hotels.com was a scam. They didn’t even offer to call you and resolve the issues. I basically spent 30-45 minutes calling Hotels.com to ask them to call the hotel. Terrible service, terrible harassment."
