"Djorff Palace was a quiet oasis on the West Bank of the Nile away from the chaos of Luxor. The hotel is an Arabian architectural marvel, straight out of an Arabian story. The staff are exceedingly helpful and friendly. The room was clean and serviced daily. The hotel's boat service across the Nile which does incur a small fee takes you to any location on the East bank. The water meadows around the hotel, where the water buffalo graze ,are a haven for numerous species of birds. The lunch and dinner menus change daily, the food is fresh and tasty. "

"The hotel has fully equipped, clean and modern apartments. The restaurant where breakfast is served, was on the roof and had a magnificent view of the hot air balloons floating above the mountains. The owner Khodary was very polite and helpful. The location of the hotel was twenty minutes drive from the busy city. An excellent place for couples and families seeking to retreat at the end of an exhausting day touring the magnificent nearby ancient temples and tombs. "

"Excellent stay with outstanding service. This is a very good quality hotel in Luxor. The staff were exceptional—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The overall quality of the hotel exceeded my expectations, from cleanliness to comfort. Breakfast was amazing, with great variety and quality, and it was one of the highlights of my stay. The only downside was the noise from the street. Due to local culture, cars and motorcycles honk frequently, sometimes even late at night. This is difficult to avoid given the location and is not the hotel’s fault, but light sleepers should be aware. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay here again."
