"The staff were knowledgeable and very helpful, nothing seemed to be too much for all the reception staff, friendly and welcoming. The location to the MRT was great, just a few minutes walk. We were worried it may be too far from the airport but it was just a twenty minute taxi ride( depending on time of day) and the cost didn’t break the bank. "Royal Plaza is perfectly located at the top of Orchard Road and adjacent to the MRT. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom had a separate shower and bath tub, and the staff were all super friendly. I have stayed at Royal Plaza numerous times and will definitely be back again!"

"Great week-long stay at the Grand Copthorne. The room had a great view and all of the staff were so kind and helpful. We used the car service from the airport and it was excellent - easy to find our driver and a seamless transition to the hotel. The beds/pillows are on the firmer side. We loved the breakfast - so many delicious options! Try to go early in the morning because it gets busy. The location was fantastic - a 5 minute walk to the Havelock metro station, 10 minutes to the Great World...
