"Service var dårligt, Vagttelefon blev ikke taget kun sms som ventetiden lang på svar. Fik ingen mail med kode og der var ikke styr på antal gæster til værelset herunder manglede dyner og puder mv. Caféen på overnatningsstedet hvor der skulle være morgenmad som var lukket og dette var ikke oplyst på forhånd inden booking.
