"No kitchen in the room, as expected. Old building but well modernised. Temp control in the room. Building and room access by keypad code.had no issues with the system. Staff were cordial and immediately responsive when contacted (phone and text). No elevator and no adjacent parking so something to keep in mind if you have limited mobility. The hotel has a covered garage with a few parking spaces. It is 300m from the hotel and small for larger vehicles. You need a physical key to get in and out,...

"The property was spacious & had everything we needed! We received a link for online checkin a day before the stay & a code for building access after that. There are quite a lot of restaurants & a supermarket nearby. Transit to Old Quebec was just within 10 mins (4-5 stops by bus) so the location is very convenient. Everything was great! We will choose to stay here again next time when we visit Quebec city again. "

"Great place to stay especially for families. A playpen was provided which was very appreciated! You do get a bit of noise between floors amd from the street. I reccommend bringing blackout curtains if your littles need a dark sleeping space. Otherwise plenty of space to lounge and the kitchen is well stocked except could use a bit more kitchen cloths! About a 20 mins walk to old Quebec. "

"It is a beautiful new hotel part in the monastery. The room is comfortable with a good bed. The bathroom is bright, but getting into the bathtube is for elderly people not easy. The breakfast is ok with yoghurt and fresh fruit. The fried egg was nice, but the rest is quite frugal. I enjoyed the architectoral achievement with the nice parc like entrance."
