"The room was fine for what we needed. We didnt have breakfast as we wanted to explore the city. The bar staff were super friendly and accommodating. The only downside was housekeeping didnt come everyday so we had to keep asking for towels everyday and coffee and when they did replenish they left the dirty cups and glasses. It wasnt a big deal but it was frustrating to ask for towels every other day."

"A few operations hiccups and team responded expeditiously. Location is perfect we never once took a train. All sites within walking distance and shopping. Great restaurants nearby. Try Cuban restaurant La Negra Tomasa where locals frequent, they have live Cuban music.there are many prefix lunch menu options within walking distance of hotel. I recommend highly!"
