"I had an amazing time at Coconut Lagoon.I was trapped alone and tthe staff made me feel welcome and at home. Really each member of staff was very helpful. The resort is extremely well maintained. There are free activities. I highly recommend the river walk, it is amazing. The guide, Vignesh,.did a great job in keeping us safe. "Located in the beginning of the town which makes it a quiter from the hassles of the town traffic. Room we stayed was bit smaller but, neat and clean. Had a nice tea estate view from the window. Staff were curtious. Drawbacks are lack of proper car parking and non-availability of lift. Overall had a good stay."
