"Perfect location. Wayyyyy overpriced for Carnivale, but it is, what it is. The sheets were clean, and the pool area has a good vibe. It’s usually a very cheap hotel, and for its usual $50 per night charge, you would accept it. However, for the $600 during carnival however, it’s a hard pill to swallow. "

"Lovely place, awesome attentive staff and 3 meals per day are freshly prepared buffet style. The grounds are meticulous with many walkways through the foliage and its many wild birds on the way to the beach. The beach is tended by the local fishermen and there are guard stands all along the length of the beach cycle path. I felt very safe and it was a calm and peaceful experience. "Amazing staff, beautifully decorated hotel with loads of local art. Breakfast was voluminous and reflected local traditions and offered many options. It was great to be able to sit outside on a verdant patio in the shade with a breeze. Pool was beautiful. A/C room controllable. The only thing that was not perfect was the clear evidence of mildew/mold on the edges of the shower and shower nozzles. It's very easy to clean with vinegar in my experience.
