"The area around the hotel car park is a little scruffy but don't let it put you off. The welcome from Reception was warm and it was nice to be shown to my room.
The room was well appointed but, once again, lacked attention to detail! One of the light bulbs over the mirror wasn't working and, initially, I couldn't get the tv to work. I then discovered that the aerial had been unplugged! The bed was one of the most comfortable I've experienced in a hotel and the bathroom, whilst small, was nicely appointed.
The restaurant overlooks the moorings which was a pleasant view both for dinner and breakfast. The food was pleasant although quite expensive: the service was very good. Breakfast was a delight albeit a little slow.
Would I stay again in the future: absolutely!"
