"Everything about our stay was great but the staff was INCREDIBLE. Everyone was friendly, accommodating, and went out of their way to be helpful. We needed to move rooms the first night quite late and John was very helpful and got everything sorted quickly. The food was delicious and we met one of the chefs, Dhurai, who made sure we liked everything we were served. Katha was amazing, super kind and made sure all our dietary restrictions were accommodated; she made every meal amazing. Ganesh and Riya helped us make our daily itineraries and showed exemplary customer service. Anurag was another notable mention that went out of his way to make sure our journey home went well. Definitely would recommend staying here as the property itself is gorgeous as well. "

"We had an amazing and comfortable stay at Hong Sau Resort, and it delivered more than what it promised. The landscape around the resort is surreal and allows plenty of space to move around nature and explore. We opted for the Breakfast Buffet, and the spread was quite satisfying and enjoyable. A special shoutout to Ansan, Sanjay, and Darshan for their constant support, prompt assistance, and for going the extra mile to make our stay genuinely memorable. We’re already looking forward to coming back!"

"Amazing property , really great service . We had a great time , the waterfalls and the landscape was simply mesmerizing . I had taken the meals package and the spread is mind blowing . Only one small issue we faced was that there was frequent power switches which might be a little irritating especially if you are watching something on TV. Also Monsoon , while the property looks amazing .. not much activities to do due to the rain."

"Heritage Resort Coorg is a stunner of a property in terms of location and beauty. It is lush green with beautifully maintained outdoors and gardens. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. I must particularly compliment the staff for their helpfulness, politeness and courtesy. The view from the room is memorable and the monsoons added to the charm. "

"Wonderfully built with lots of spaces to relax and chill.Pool,backwaters and beach are accessible and lots of activities are offered.They have a great spa and fitness centre but hardly anyone was using it.Evening tea by the poolside was very well laid out and plentiful.Food was good with plenty of choices.Very plush villa we stayed in which had a plunge pool and swing and indoor and outdoor showers.Our only issue was that they really discourage swimming in the sea which we were looking forward to and thought we could have."
