"I had a really good stay overall. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, from the reception team to the cleaning staff and the security guard at the entrance. Everyone was welcoming and professional. The only issue I experienced was with the elevators. I was staying on the 9th floor of a 30+ story building, and whenever the elevator reached the 9th floor, it was usually already full and wouldn’t stop. Because of this, I often had to go up to another floor first and then take the elevator back down to the ground floor. It was a bit inconvenient, especially during busy times. Other than the elevator issue, I really enjoyed my stay and appreciated the great service from the staff."

"I wasn’t expecting the hotel to have a water spa, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our stay. It was an excellent experience. My daughter, who is a gymnast, especially benefited from soaking in the cold water after her training. The massage therapy and herbal spa were incredibly relaxing and added to the overall experience. The staff were warm, welcoming, and provided outstanding service throughout our stay. My children also loved the beds—they were exceptionally comfortable, making it easy for everyone to rest and recharge. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely book this place again the next time we visit the Philippines. Highly recommended!"
