Ronald was AMAZING!! The hotel we booked wasn’t there when we went to check in. It was pouring outside and the middle of the night by the time we got there. I was traveling with my adult son and they didn’t have two beds in the only room they had left. It was about 1am and we had been trying to find a hotel for three hours. We really enjoyed our 2 night stay. The room was beautiful, large, and very well appointed. Treviso is a charming town and ideal for a day trip to Venice, which was our goal. Saturday required a self check-in process but it was clearly explained in advance. We’ll recommend it to our friends.
