"Lovely hotel in a perfect location just outside the walls of the town and a short walk to everything Rothenburg has to offer. Staff were incredibly friendly on arrival and made check-in easy and swift (which was appreciated after a long drive with a 4 year old). They had also put a basket of toys in our room for our son which was a lovely touch. Room was comfortable and homely. A wonderful stay. "

"This is the third time we have stayed here. Staff is always nice and helpful. The hotel is right across the street from the train station making connection easy. It is about a 15 minute beautiful - stopping for pictures- walk to the city center. The rooms are spotless. Unfortunately, their restaurant has closed and their bar is only open on weekends when their occupancy is high. But great value and convenience."

"I was on a solo trip and got one of the single rooms at the attic for a discounted price. The room is compact with limited natural lighting and is featured with a "head-banging" vaulted ceiling. But there is everything I needed and it is compensated by the layout of the room. The heating in the room is adjustable and can be quite powerful. The shower is clean and with consistent hot water. Their swimming pool is quite lovely and looks clean. However, the water is quite cold. I didn't have breakfast there but staff from the front desk and room service were both friendly and helpful. It is at a convenient location, close to a tram station, with city centre in walkable distance. The area is very quiet in the evening. Overall very enjoyable experience. "
