Excellent service upon check in. The two women were excellent and very helpful. Room was huge. We were able to have 6 grandchildren and 6 adults in our room for a birthday party and had plenty of room,. We had two couches and two chairs a desk and still had a lot of room. Great warm pool. Breakfast was very good. Excellent place when visiting splash lagoon. Oh they also made a birthday banner for our grandson when they found out it was his birthday, such a great little touch to show they care...

This is my second visit to this hotel here in Erie for business. Both times involved late arrivals but I was checked in and settled in my exceptionally clean room in less than 5 minutes. My business travel puta me in this town often and after staying in most all of the hotels available this hits my number one every time. This property is grouped is a set of similar suite properties behind a strip mall in Erie, and appears to be the first one bulit in the area. There is a full kitchen, with a toaster, pots, pans, towels, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, plates & glasses, everything that you would need for an extended stay, although we were only staying for one night. The living room area was very comfortable, and the bathroom was fine...
