Room was clean, newer finishes, kitchenette. Staff were very friendly and helpful! Free breakfast had great options, including sausage, hash browns. Would have rated our stay 6 stars if it was an option.

I was very happy with my stay. I booked a king room with a whirlpool tub. The room was spacious and clean! Very clean! Housekeeping did an amazing job! I woke up a little late and Requested to have my room cleaned while I was out for the day. Woman at the front desk said there was no guarantee that I could have my room cleaned (it was 10am) which was quite disappointing and I didn’t like her customer service skills she made me feel like my request was unreasonable a huge inconvenience and she...

Great and close to family and food

Beautifully designed hotel on the Delaware River with beautiful views of the river from the dining room.

We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant downstairs. The breakfast vouchers for the Groveland Grill were a real plus.

I hesitated about reserving a room so close to the theater that was older in years considering I have a disability. I had tickets to a show at the Sellersville theater and thought I would have trouble. I could not have been proven more wrong. The staff was extraordinary helpful, very very nice rooms all renovated, food quality in the restaurant was excellent. I have a Hospitality degree so I have a high standard of service expectation. It was met and surpassed.

This historic and charming property along the Delaware river is an attractive and comfortable stay in the country. The excellent restaurant is also very worthwhile. It is a Bucks County version of a Relais Chateau!

Quiet, peaceful and so pleasant and warm … felt safe wondering around after 10pm when everything was shut. All the Christmas lights were on and it was beautiful to say the least… lovely places to shop and eat. Most boutiques are pricey but there is something for everyone’s budget. Make sure you ask for a room with a good view of the village some are of rooftops which is a shame.

My daughter and her boyfriend send me to different places to celebrate the New Year. I have been to many places but none so wonderful as Lumberville 170 House. The host made my stay wonderful! They made me feel right at home and were just great! Thank you for starting 2016 off so beautifully!

Nice B&B and the owner was a bit overworked with awedding that day. So all in all our stay was fine.

A nice hotel, friendly staff, near restaurants, very clean...you won't be disappointed.

We stayed in the Black Bass Hotel’s only cottage that was right across the street from the hotel. It was very roomy, quiet and clean. The only thing that I did need was a stool to help me get on the king size bed. It was so high and I am only 5’2”. They had a bus buy from the restaurant bring over a step stool. The restaurant’s service and food was outstanding. The general store across the street served a delicious breakfast! It was a great stay!

All was fine, quiet, relaxing, a very professional staff, I mostly liked the tall light skin black lady at the front desk, she is very kind, nice and greatly helpful. For her, I will definitely go back again as she is making your stay a true vacation. Only one downside: the drainage into the bathtub was a slow killer making a large thick puddle. Please fix it. Thank you.

Convenient, comfortable with a nice breakfast. My room was at the top of the stairs above the restaurant. Pleasant aroma to awake to.

Our stay was very pleasant. The staff was very friendly, (a bit of language barrier with housekeeping) but nice. breakfast was amazing and had coffee, tea, water around the clock. easy check in/out. The grounds were taking care of since, it was snowing. everything was clean and hand sanitizer all around. was located near places to eat, and shopping, walking distance
