My wife and I stayed for two nights while visiting the Cooperstown area. The text-based communication on our room availability and access code worked well for us. We got there late and the streamlined, counterless check-in was perfect for our late-night arrival. The drive to Dreams park is about 20 minutes down a 2 lane road that is very serene and fun to drive. Cooperstown downtown is about 15 minutes away. Do NOT let the map location trick you into staying somewhere closer to Downtown/Dreams. You will be doing yourself a disservice.

Very convenient to Glimmerglass and Cooperstown. Very clean and well-kept. On the Main Street, but quiet. A little more expensive than I would have liked, but it is the peak season (July). We would definitely stay here again.
Given that it was later in the season, I was able to take advantage of a special autumn rate offered by the hotel which included the breakfast buffet, which was great. We found this Inn by Google. Later in the day, tired of driving. Looking for a pretty, inexpensive place to stay. Found it here. Not sure why people would pay 50% more to stay in Cooperstown.
Best of all was the free canoes which we used prior to checking out. If I were to come back to this area I would certainly stay more...

Review: We were there for a conference at The Otsaga Hotel. We wanted something a little more cost effective. This lovely little hotel is rustic, but clean. We had hot water, heat, and THE ENTIRE PLACE to ourselves. Talk about peaceful! The proprietor was helpful, answered her phone, and this place is only a 14 minute drive to Cooperstown.
Check-in and check-out were painless. The room served us well and the best part was that the place is pet-friendly so our dog could stay with us. Great cereal choices for the continental breakfast. We only stayed one night -- no issues.
We stayed here just one night but were very happy with the place. The room was clean, quiet and we had enough space for both of us. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was nice, and I think the price was good for what we got. We were going to the Baseball Hall of Fame which was a short pleasant ride away, and they had discounted tickets in the office which helped. I would definately recommend this Inn and would be happy to come back again if I was in the area.
