"your staff is absolutely wonderful the room was pristine and so comfortable and having a freezer and in refrigerator was a big deal for us we also loved the area we got to get to know centre moriches a little bit more and we felt like we were on vacation! The kids absolutely love the pool and we definitely had a wonderful time and we will be back very soon"

"The room 404 had a huge bump in the midfle of the handicap shower. Breakfast was good. But didn't appreciate the $15 per day parking fee that we were never told about. Won't stay there again."

"There was an issue with the television in the room that required staff member to come in and fix. The person never returned to fix it. I was told to come down again in the morning to have my room switched. Then was told that would not be possible until 5 pm. After waiting until later in the day, I was told that a room switch was not possible, which required another staff member to step in and handle the situation. She was more willing to be of assistance and even helped to switch the room for a second time upon realizing that the tv still did not work in the new room."

"I went with my kids and husband, and overall we had a good time here. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The pool was great; my kids spent most of their time there during our stay. The food in the restaurant was good, too. If anything I would say the elevator needs to be replaced and a few other things that are getting updated. "

"Everything was excellent. However wish we had free breakfast, and we wish the hostess when we checked was a little friendlier, the other 2 were ok. Not too friendly or attentive. Hotel was beautiful, clean etc. We would definitely return again "
