We loved our first time ever in a B&B. My husbands comment was, “It’s like staying with house elves, you never see them but the work always gets done.” We will be staying at the Kalamazoo House in the future!

This was by far the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in in years. It was soooo clean and I was so impressed by the bathroom I had to ask when the hotel had opened; it was so immaculate it seemed brand new. Of course various 4-5 star hotels in big cities I’ve been to have been nicer, but for your average right-off-the-highway choices this was above and beyond all else.

Amazing absolutely loved my stay! me and my bf were speechless when we saw how beautiful and clean the rooms were! The campfire kit was so adorable and great to use! The amenities provided were so fun! We loved spending the afternoon on the lake using the paddle boat and kayak! The hot tub and sauna also made our vacation amazing! The private patio was great to eat and relax with a great view of the lake! Omg the coffee provided was amazing it was better than starbucks. They have a Ninja coffee...
outdoor stairs were a fun adventure for us with a snow storm, but we made it. We really enjoyed the front porch and heater in there while resting and reading.
My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights to visit family. We had our little dog with us and were given a bottom room close to the side door for our convenience. We also explained that we would have our daughter and her 2 kids with us for a few of the nights, so that we could all spend time together. We were told that it would be no problem at all, and were not charged any more for them to stay...not even for our "4 legged' child. The whole staff, including the maids were so friendly and...

I was absolutely amazed when I arrived. I came in super late like after midnight to avoid traveling in a bad storm. I thought I could grab my stuff and get to the lobby but it started raining when I was walking through the parking lot. A lady on the night staff was running toward me with an umbrella! And she was apologetic she didn't make it to me on time -- I don't think I've ever seen care like that for a late night arrival. Super thankful and impressed.
Loved the cottage! Everything was as stated in the property description and the cottage is decorated very nicely and very clean. Unfortunately, there was severe weather and we had to delay our trip a day. When I asked if we'd be able to get a refund for one day, I got no response from the property manager. The room, lobby, and pool were all extremely clean. The staff was phenomenal. The bartender was warm, polite, and went above and beyond. We ordered a few drinks, he did a great job. We swam in the pool later in the evening and the bartender noticed us, and brought my small daughter out a brownie, just because. It absolutely made her night and made her fell very special. Can’t recommend any higher.
