10/10 Exceptional

I like to double check my reservation to avoid any surprises such as overbooking or no reservations received, so I had emailed the hotel prior to my stay and they were able to confirm my reservation which is already a plus for me. I stayed for one night and checked in late around 23:00 without any additional late check in fees. I chose the "Pay at Hotel" option and the receptionist was quick and efficient. She was able to complete the payment process without any problem. She also set up an...
