"I always stay here when flying out of Munich.Normally I give a 5 star review because it’s the perfect combination of ease, great service, great breakfast, etc. On this trip I was shocked as a frequent traveler to be treated rudely at check in, a young man who appeared to be training a young lady seemed very put off at having to check me in. She actually rolled her eyes because I was tired and didn’t know my Hilton # off the top of my head and they had to use my e-mail to look it up. I usually love this place and I will stay there again but I must say it dampen my evening."

"This new property is immaculate, with helpful staff, and a decent breakfast. The room and bedding was very comfortable. I was only here for one night, having flown into Munich and flying out next morning. The town of Erding is a gem and a destination of its own. 5 minute walk from the hotel to explore the wide variety of restaurants and shops, plus good walking paths. The only drawback for those staying for airport transit is there is no shuttle nor easy public transport to/from MUC and it's about €40 taxi from the airport (uber will bail repeatedly, it's not far enough distance for drivers from MUC, my experience, though I was able to book an Uber from hotel to MUC next morning for ~€30)."
