The service and communication were excellent, the owner was warm and welcoming, breakfast was delicious and homemade, space was very clean, warm, cozy, and we even bought some eggs from the owner’s laying hens! Easy drive to hiking, maple sugar houses, and to sites in Portland. Would definitely go again.

Went to Ogunquit for a weekend getaway. The Grand Hotel was a quaint and charming place. Building is older so we could hear when people were talking (or snoring) next door. Rooms come equipped with white noise machines which helps reduce the exterior noise. The location can't be beat as it's locating almost perfectly between Perkins Cove and "the strip" in town. We would definitely stay there again.
This property was newly renovated and was in great condition. The staff took us in early and was very nice. We had the pool as well as a short walk to the lake. Very happy with our overall experience.
My wife was in a local training all day on the day we were checking out, and the woman at the front desk was very accommodating to allow me an extending check-out time.
