The hotel was in a perfect location to see anything in the Colorado Springs area. The hotel was also very nice and new. The room was as nice as an apartment and had everything you would need for a long stay. The only complaint I have, and it's very minor, is the breakfast area was super small. It had 3 maybe 4 tables and a small bar so 15 people and it's full. I went there multiple days at multiple times and it was full every time but one. I just got my food and took it to my room but it could...

This was a very nice bed and breakfast. I enjoyed the hospitality area on the 2nd floor. The breakfasts were wonderful, good coffee and the wine hour at 4 made check in relaxing.

Was one of the cleanest rentals we’ve had! Host was easy to communicate with and house was located extremely close to everywhere we wanted to explore. Fantastic weekend getaway!!!

We only stayed one night but it's a very nice clean hotel. The bed was very comfortable the air conditioning worked well, the bathroom was nice and clean. Check in ladies were extremely efficient and very friendly and knowledgeable.

We stayed just one night here while passing through town and loved Villa Motel! It's super cute and retro looking, but the rooms inside of been updated pretty recently. Everything was very clean and comfortable. I loved how close it was to walk to the historic downtown area, but juuuuust far enough away (3 blocks-ish) that it was quiet and you forgot there was a bustling downtown packed with people. We really liked this location and plan to come back and stay here for more than just one night....

Was a little disappointed with the fact that even though the hotel was not very full, we were given a room at the very end of the property right on the street, so we had to deal with a lot of street noise during the night

We enjoyed the vibe of the place, and its historical value. The cabins are not super plush, but certainly comfortable. We would stay here again.

Other than a few communication and check-in hiccups, that was a perfect stay. The cottage is exactly as advertised. Location is fantastic. It's well appointed and maintained. I hope to return.

It was better than I thought. We had a resort view and the view was stunning. The lake with beach and canoe/ paddle boats were wonderful and they didn’t charge extra for these amenities. We loved the golf and sand volleyball. They provide the balls and equipment. The pools were all great. They have something for everyone even little ones. We will definitely be back.
