"Had problems with the toilet flushing. Towels and wash clothes were stained really bad and tub was missing the stopper that was also rusted."

"The hotel’s maintenance is in disarray. The doorknobs are falling off, and the pool water was green. Strangely, there was a sign near my room’s emergency exit that discouraged its use. I’m not sure the fire department would approve of that sign. On the positive side, the staff and breakfast were quite good. "

"We were very disappointed to find the hot tub out of order. It was one of the reasons I booked this hotel. Very disappointed. A shout out to Taylor at the front desk. Very sweet, very professional, and a pleasure."

"Staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean except the bottom of the tub looked stained. The drawer at the desk had trash left in it. The refrigerator was room temp at best, so we couldn't put anything in it, Noisy AC unit, and the window glass must be single pane glass because we heard people and doors slamming outside all night long. "

"Breakfast was very good. Staff made to-go bags for a tip which was nice. Electricity went out in the whole area in Shreveport which was difficult getting ready to attend a wedding. The electricity was back on when we returned. The room was clean and comfortable otherwise."
