We arrived by car late at night. The hotel is on an alley off of a road. Google directed us there correctly (not the case for many places in italy and particularly away from Rome). Nice off-street parking with shade trees in a garden right behind the hotel- but in view of the main building. Check in desk was open after midnight and attendant was helpful and informed. Room was clean and ready. We had a family room with bunk beds and a queen/double bed. Very basic but also very clean throughout....

Highly recommended for people who are looking for a quiet place. Staff offer beyond and above excellent services. Breakfast is excellent. The staff Enricco was awesome!

I would highly recommend this hotel. We went here for our honeymoon and loved every minute. The staff left a bottle of champagne in the room as a welcome and accommodated our request for a higher level room and queen bed. The location is great. It's an easy walk to town but enough apart to be quiet and relaxing. The rooms are a good size and many feature balconies. I would recommend paying extra to get a sea view. It's worth it! The breakfast included in the room rate is wonderful...

The hotel staff were wonderful, offering suggestions about the local attractions. You get the real feel of Naples walking the small streets of Quartiere Spagnoli. Will definitely stay at Il Convento on our next trip to Naples.

This hotel is in the same building as the Naples metro which makes it very convenient to use the metro to get into the center of Naples. We wanted to find a hotel close to the Posillipo are and this hotel is perfect. A parking lot is adjacent to the hotel so it is very convenient. Hotel was clean, staff was very friendly, and they served a full breakfast with many selections. This is our third stay in this hotel.

The room and bathroom were clean, spacious and the lighting was great. The room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious offering a wide array of things to choose from including delicious Italian baked goods. The staff was great and so helpful trying to make our stay an enjoyable one. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay at Palazzo Caracciolo. We only were staying one night in Naples and needed a place close to the train station to drop off friends as we came into Naples, close to the airport for leaving the next day, and had a place to park our rental car. The Palazzo Caracciolo seemed to fit the bill, and happy to report it was a perfect fit. Naples is a big, congested city built with a street plan that dates back thousands of years. This hotel was great! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we were extremely happy with our stay. There was also plenty of off-street parking, which was great. The street right outside the hotel is pretty busy, and there are a lot of potholes. It's not something the hotel has any control over, but it's something to keep in mind if you're not used to driving in that area. The area is not walkable, so you will likely...

Hotel Decumani de Charme is located in the historic center of Naples and is a 20 minute walk from everything you would want to see. The hotel is beautiful! The staff is lovely and helpful. The included breakfast was excellent: fruit, pastries, ham, cheese, eggs & yogurt. Our room was large, pretty and very clean. The bathtub was large with lots of hot water (not to be taken for granted in Europe).

This hotel is a peaceful escape in the busy centro historic district. excellent location, room was spacious, very safe (area is safe) lots of food and coffee close by. Staff was helpful. This is a small boutique hotel. Do not expect some grand entrance and large open floor plan. Is beautifully Italian, with art and furnishings that reflect this.

If you’re looking for a convenient place to stay near the airport and the port, this is the place. The night staff Nunzio was a perfect host. We arrived at midnight and he was very accommodating. Not only was he a great host, he walked us out in front to show us where to get a bite to eat because we were very hungry from our flight. On top of that he made sure we were taken care of with a table at the local shop. I highly recommended this hotel. Thank you Nunzio for everything!

Dahiana is very friendly and extremely helpful. She make everything clear and easy for us during the check in process. She also recommended a great local restaurant for us. I’ll pick this hotel again if I come back to the city.

I like the location of the hotel being close to shops. It is clean and well maintained though I could use a softer bed. The staff are nice though and the location is convenient.

Me nd my Husband had such an amazing time at San Cristoforo felt like a honeymoon, the property is very well kept nd the rooms are very luxurious nd we also had the vesivius View which was amazing. Overall it felt like a palace, staff was very friendly nd helpful, also the breakfast nd dinner beyond delicious nd very romantic dinner. Outside the property only has few places u can eat and best spot was the Rooftop lounge. Thank you will definitely visit again!!!

The hotel was clean and centrally located to shops and restaurants. However I would point out that we arrived on Sunday afternoon and all shops were closed. This was a little disappointing because we were only there for one night. Pasquale was at the Hotel desk and was an excellent resource answering all of our questions and concerns. The breakfast that came with the room was also excellent. This hotel would be a recommendation from me as it was a wonderful experience.
