Hotels in Malad City

"Three pictures are OLD the pool does not look like the photos. There are trees all around the pool and it's always dirty, even during the process of being cleaned, the pool is still dirty! The beds roll around the floor and don't stay next to the wall, so your pillow falls through the crack. There is a light that shines into the windows at night. It is so bright the entire room is lit up and there's no way to cover the windows or make it dark. The mini-fridge is SO LOUD and the only way to make it quite is to unplug it. The fan squeals so loudly but with the fridge plugged in toy can't hear the fan *face palm* I don't think the heater in the room works as it never got above 70. We visited mid-April and it snowed on us. The pathways in the back are gravel...so mud after the rain. There is a SUPER creepy maze rock labyrinth in the field, piles of sticks, and a double decker bus with smashed in windows. It's major creep vibes!! Then the TV was flickering and freaking out. If you cross the bride, there is a cute walk along the river with flowers, it's really nice. The shops are only open on the weekends. Mike's Market is overpriced, but the refill drinks are GOOOOD the raspberry syrup is amazing! I only wish they also had coconut. The hot springs was under construction and the BEEP.BEEP.BEEP was so loud and not relaxing at all! Plus the sunken gardens was closed. I wish I had known everything was going to be closed, I would have came at a different time."

"Older motel that was clean. Beautiful surroundings with campground, with lots of grass trees and the Portneif River running through it. Missing Kleenex box and towel bar in bathroom. Staff very friendly. "

"The hosts Kim & Andrew were SO kind, accommodating, generous. We stayed upstairs and the host lives downstairs, she got us stuff to cook with, said we could use their fire pit. She checked on us to see if we needed anything else, she brought up more chairs, kitchen utensils we forgot to bring, more towels. They wanted to make sure we had a good time, they gave us ideas of things to do around there and gave us directions & lastly the view was breathtaking. We are going to stay there again & would recommend to anyone!"

"Absolutely, the hotel is close to grocery store. The rooms are spacious, and smell clean. White sheets good lighting. "

"Just needs to be renovated other then that the property was fine. Walls need to be fixed, no capet in the bathrooms and you need doors for bathrooms not curtains."

"Awesome little boutique hotel. Loved the vibe. Comfortable beds. Pretty clean. One heads up, a train passes right thru the center of the tiny town a couple times during the night. You'll hear it. "
